Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

8 oz medium shell pasta

2 cups beef broth

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1 tsp paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tbsp olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it up with a spatula. Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.

Stir in the Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper, mixing well until the beef is evenly coated with spices.

Pour in the beef broth and bring the mixture to a gentle boil. Add the medium shell pasta, cover, and cook on medium-low heat for about 10-12 minutes, or until the pasta is al dente, stirring occasionally.

Once the pasta is cooked, reduce the heat to low and pour in the heavy cream. Stir until well combined.

Gradually add the shredded cheddar cheese, stirring continuously until melted and creamy.

Taste and adjust seasoning with more salt and pepper if needed.

Remove from heat. Serve hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
