Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken (30-Minute Dinner)

This creamy garlic parmesan chicken (30-minute dinner) is a simple dinner recipe made with everyday ingredients. Perfect for busy days and family meals.

Ingredients
  

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

3 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon lemon juice

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Prep the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.

    Sear the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.

      Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds, or until fragrant.

        Add Cream and Cheese: Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine. Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring continuously until melted and the sauce is smooth.

          Flavor the Sauce: Stir in the Italian seasoning and lemon juice, allowing the sauce to simmer for about 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.

            Combine: Return the chicken to the skillet, spooning the creamy sauce over the top. Let it cook in the sauce for another 2 minutes to heat through.

              Garnish & Serve: Remove from heat, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve immediately with pasta, rice, or crusty bread.
