Ingredients

8 oz fettuccine pasta

4 slices bacon, chopped

1 lb ground beef

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup beef broth

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (for garnish)

1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Cook the Bacon: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the chopped bacon. Cook until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the bacon and set aside, leaving the drippings in the skillet.

Brown the Ground Beef: In the same skillet with the bacon drippings, add ground beef. Cook until browned and cooked through, breaking it up into small pieces, about 6-8 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.

Add Garlic: Add minced garlic to the beef and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.

Make the Sauce: Lower the heat and add heavy cream and beef broth to the beef mixture. Stir well and let it simmer for about 4-5 minutes, allowing it to thicken slightly.

Cheese It Up: Stir in cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until the cheeses are melted and the sauce is creamy.

Combine: Add the drained fettuccine pasta to the sauce, tossing to coat the pasta evenly. If the sauce is too thick, add a splash more beef broth to achieve the desired creaminess.

Serve: Plate the pasta and top with the crispy bacon. Garnish with halved cherry tomatoes and chopped green onions for a fresh touch.

Enjoy!: Serve immediately while hot for a delicious and comforting meal perfect for a cozy night in!
