Ingredients

12 oz bowtie pasta

1 lb ground beef (80/20)

1 cup sweet corn (fresh or frozen)

1 packet ranch dressing mix

1 cup heavy cream

2 cups beef broth

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add bowtie pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Brown the Beef: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until the beef is browned and cooked through, breaking it apart as it cooks (about 5-7 minutes).

Add Sweet Corn: Once the beef is cooked, stir in the sweet corn and cook for an additional 2 minutes until heated through.

Create the Sauce: Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix over the beef and corn mixture. Pour in the beef broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened.

Combine with Pasta: Add the cooked bowtie pasta into the skillet, stirring well to coat the pasta in the creamy ranch sauce.

Cheesy Finish: Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and well combined. Fold in the cherry tomatoes gently.

Serve and Garnish: Dish the creamy ranch beef bowtie skillet onto plates or into bowls. Garnish with fresh parsley for an added touch of color and flavor.
