2 cups vanilla ice cream

1 cup milk (whole or 2% for creaminess)

1/2 cup gingerbread cookies, crushed (plus extra for garnish)

1/4 cup salted caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling)

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Whipped cream (for topping)

Pinch of sea salt (for garnish)

Instructions
 

In a blender, combine the vanilla ice cream, milk, crushed gingerbread cookies, salted caramel sauce, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, and nutmeg.

    Blend on medium speed until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a splash more milk to reach your desired consistency.
