Ingredients

1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4-6 lemons)

1 cup granulated sugar

4 cups cold water

1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1/4 cup pink food coloring (adjust to preference)

Ice cubes

Fresh mint leaves and lemon slices for garnish

Instructions

Make the Lemonade Base: In a large pitcher, combine the fresh lemon juice and granulated sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves completely.

Add Water: Pour in the cold water and mix well to combine. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more sugar.

Create the Creamy Mixture: In a separate bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until smooth.

Prepare the Whipped Cream: In another mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream using an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Slowly fold in the creamy mixture (from step 3) into the whipped cream until fully incorporated and smooth.

Add Color: Gently fold in the pink food coloring to your desired shade. Start with a little and add more as needed until you achieve your desired pink color.

Combine: In serving glasses, fill about half with the lemonade base, followed by a generous dollop of the creamy whipped mixture on top.

Serve: Add ice cubes as desired and garnish with fresh mint leaves and lemon slices. Serve immediately for maximum freshness!
