Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for drizzling
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 0.5 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional, for heat
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice for brightness

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  • Toss the mixture until the Brussels sprouts are well coated.
  • Add the grated Parmesan cheese to the bowl and toss again to ensure the cheese adheres to the sprouts.
  • Place the seasoned Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer, working in batches if necessary.
  • Air fry for about 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the sprouts are crispy and golden brown.
  • Once cooked, drizzle with lemon juice before serving for an extra burst of flavor.

Notes

For best results, do not overcrowd the air fryer basket. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer for a few minutes to regain crispiness.
