2 large chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

1 cup buttermilk

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

6 slices cooked bacon, chopped

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 large tomato, sliced

1 avocado, sliced

½ cup ranch dressing

4 large flour tortillas

Instructions
 

Marinate the Chicken: Place the chicken breasts in a large bowl and pour the buttermilk over them. Marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours) in the refrigerator.

    Prepare the Breading: In a shallow dish, combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. In another shallow dish, place the panko breadcrumbs.

      Coat the Chicken: Remove the chicken from the buttermilk, letting any excess liquid drip off. Dredge each breast in the flour mixture, then dip back into the buttermilk, and finally coat with the panko breadcrumbs until fully covered.

        Fry the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat enough cooking oil over medium-high heat to cover the bottom. Once hot, carefully place the breaded chicken breasts in the skillet. Fry for about 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.

          Assemble the Wraps: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a layer of ranch dressing evenly on the tortilla. Stack crispy chicken, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and avocado slices on one side of the tortilla.

            Wrap It Up: Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll from the filled side to the opposite side tightly to secure all the fillings.

              Serve: Slice the wrap in half and serve with additional ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
