2 large chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

1 cup breadcrumbs (Panko for extra crunch)

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

8 strips of cooked bacon, crumbled

½ cup ranch dressing

4 large flour tortillas (10-inch size)

2 cups shredded lettuce

1 cup diced tomatoes

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Olive oil for frying

Prep the Chicken: Begin by slicing each chicken breast into thin strips for easier cooking and wrapping. Pat them dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.

    Set Up Breading Stations: In one bowl, mix together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. In a second bowl, whisk the eggs. Place the breadcrumbs in a third bowl.

      Coat the Chicken: Dredge each chicken strip first in the seasoned flour, then dip it into the egg, and finally coat it with breadcrumbs.

        Fry the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat a generous amount of olive oil over medium heat. Once hot, add the breaded chicken strips in batches, frying until golden brown and crispy on all sides, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.

          Prepare the Wraps: Lay out a flour tortilla. Spread a generous tablespoon of ranch dressing in the center, and then layer with lettuce, diced tomatoes, crumbled bacon, fried chicken strips, and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese.

            Wrap It Up: Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then tightly roll from the bottom up to form a wrap. Secure with a toothpick if needed.
