Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 packet (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

1 packet (1 oz) Italian seasoning mix

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: Cooked rice or pasta (for serving)

Instructions

Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, and place them in the bottom of the slow cooker.

Mix the Sauce: In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and Italian seasoning. Mix until well blended and smooth.

Combine: Pour the cream sauce mixture over the chicken breasts in the slow cooker, ensuring they are fully coated.

Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender and cooked through.

Shred and Cheese: About 30 minutes before serving, shred the chicken using two forks directly in the slow cooker. Stir in the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, and cover again until the cheese has melted.

Serve: Spoon the creamy angel chicken over cooked rice or pasta if desired. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
