Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

1 packet (1 oz) onion soup mix

1 cup (8 oz) sour cream

1/4 cup butter, melted

1/2 cup chicken broth

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Cooked rice or pasta (for serving)

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, onion soup mix, sour cream, melted butter, chicken broth, cream cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended and creamy.

Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of your crock pot. Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken, ensuring that they are fully covered.

Cover the crock pot with a lid and set it to low. Cook for 6-8 hours, or until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.

Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks, then stir it back into the creamy sauce to combine.

Serve the angel chicken over cooked rice or pasta, and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
