Ingredients

1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup sweet chili sauce

1 tbsp Sriracha (adjust to taste)

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp ginger, grated

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/4 cup green onions, chopped (for garnish)

1/4 cup sesame seeds (for garnish)

Salt to taste

Cooked rice or lettuce wraps (for serving)

Instructions

Prep the Chicken: Place the boneless chicken breasts at the bottom of your Crock-Pot.

Make the Sauce: In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, minced garlic, soy sauce, grated ginger, black pepper, and salt. Whisk until smooth.

Combine: Pour the sauce over the chicken in the Crock-Pot, ensuring the chicken is well-coated.

Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender and cooked through.

Shred the Chicken: Once cooked, use two forks to shred the chicken directly in the Crock-Pot, mixing it with the sauce.

Serve: Spoon the Bang Bang Chicken over cooked rice or into lettuce wraps.

Garnish: Sprinkle chopped green onions and sesame seeds on top before serving for an extra crunch and flavor.
