Ingredients

2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs

1 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup sweet chili sauce

2 tablespoons sriracha sauce (adjust based on spice preference)

1 tablespoon lime juice

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)

1/4 cup sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

Start by preparing the marinade: In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper until well combined.

Place the chicken thighs in the Crock-Pot. Pour the prepared sauce mixture over the chicken, making sure it's evenly coated.

Cover the Crock-Pot and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender and easily shredded.

Once cooked, use two forks to shred the chicken directly in the sauce, mixing well to combine.

Serve the bang bang chicken over a bed of rice, in tacos, or with a side of vegetables. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds for added texture and flavor.

Enjoy the delightful and spicy flavors of your Crock-Pot Bang Bang Chicken!
