3 medium potatoes, diced

2 carrots, sliced

1 cup green beans, trimmed and cut into pieces

4 cups beef or vegetable broth

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef or turkey until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.

In the bottom of your crock pot, layer the diced potatoes, carrots, green beans, and corn.

Add the browned meat, chopped onion, and minced garlic over the vegetable layer.

Pour in the can of diced tomatoes (with juice) and the broth. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, and paprika.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir all the ingredients together gently to combine.

Cover the crock pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the vegetables are tender.
