1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)

4 hamburger buns (for serving)

Coleslaw (optional, for topping)

Instructions

Prepare Chicken: Place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.

Mix Sauce: In a medium bowl, combine the BBQ sauce, chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using). Whisk until well combined.

Add to Crockpot: Pour the BBQ sauce mixture over the chicken breasts in the crockpot, ensuring the chicken is well coated.

Cook: Set the crockpot to low and cook for 6-7 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is fully cooked and easily shreds with a fork.

Shred Chicken: Once cooked, remove the chicken from the crockpot and shred it using two forks. Return the shredded chicken to the crockpot and stir to combine with the sauce.

Serve: Toast the hamburger buns if desired. Serve the pulled chicken on the buns with coleslaw on top, if desired. Enjoy your delicious and easy pulled chicken!
