Ingredients

4 cups whole milk

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 cup milk chocolate chips

1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon salt

Whipped cream (for topping)

Mini marshmallows (for topping)

Chocolate shavings or cocoa powder (for garnish)

Instructions

In a 6-quart crockpot, combine the whole milk, heavy cream, semi-sweet chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt.

Stir the mixture well until all the chocolate chips are combined with the milk and there are no visible clumps.

Cover the crockpot with the lid and set it to low heat. Let it cook for about 2 to 3 hours, stirring occasionally to ensure that the chocolate melts evenly and does not stick to the sides.

Once the chocolate is fully melted and combined, give it a good stir until smooth and creamy.

Serve the hot chocolate warm in mugs and top each serving with whipped cream, a handful of mini marshmallows, and a sprinkle of chocolate shavings or cocoa powder for extra indulgence.
