2 tablespoons instant coffee

2 tablespoons sugar

Instructions
 

Prepare the Coffee Base:

    - In a medium bowl, combine instant coffee, sugar, and hot water (1) for classic, (2) add cocoa powder for chocolate, (3) add vanilla extract for vanilla, and (4) add caramel sauce for caramel.

      - Whip the mixture using a hand whisk, electric mixer, or milk frother until it becomes thick and fluffy, and forms stiff peaks. This should take about 2-5 minutes.

        Prepare Your Milk:

          - In a glass, fill half or three-quarters with your choice of milk (hot or cold). If you prefer an iced version, add ice cubes.

            Assemble Your Dalgona:

              - Spoon the whipped coffee mixture on top of the milk.

                Garnish:

                  - For chocolate, sprinkle additional cocoa powder on top. For vanilla, you can add a sprinkle of cinnamon. For caramel, drizzle extra caramel sauce on top.

                    Serve:
