Ingredients

1 lb ground beef (80/20 recommended)

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 medium tomato, diced

1/4 cup pickles, sliced

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup ketchup

Olive oil, for grilling

Instructions

Prepare the Beef Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined, but don’t overwork the meat.

Form Patties: Divide the beef mixture into four equal portions and shape each portion into a patty about 1/4 inch thick.

Grill the Patties: Preheat a grill or stovetop grill pan over medium-high heat. Lightly brush with olive oil. Grill the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness, and top each patty with a generous amount of cheddar cheese during the last minute to melt.

Assemble the Wraps: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a tablespoon of mayonnaise and ketchup in the center. Place the grilled cheeseburger patty on top, then add lettuce, diced tomato, and pickles.

Wrap It Up: Fold the edges of the tortilla over the filling and roll it tightly from the bottom up. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and fillings.

Final Grilling: Heat a grill pan over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down and grill for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.

Serve: Slice the wraps in half and serve warm with extra condiments on the side if desired.
