Ingredients
  

  • 6 large eggs beaten
  • 1 cup turkey ham diced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cups bell pepper chopped
  • 0.25 cups onion chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for cooking

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onion and bell pepper until softened.
  • Add the diced turkey ham to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the beaten eggs and shredded cheddar cheese, then pour the mixture into the skillet.
  • Cook for about 5 minutes on the stovetop until the edges set, then transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20 minutes or until the frittata is fully set.

Notes

Serve warm or at room temperature. This frittata can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheated in the microwave.
