1 can (15 oz) of chickpeas, drained and rinsed

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon cumin

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon nutritional yeast (optional for a cheesy flavor)

A pinch of cayenne pepper (optional for heat)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Prepare the Chickpeas: After draining and rinsing the chickpeas, pat them dry with a clean towel or paper towel. Removing as much moisture as possible will help them become extra crunchy.
