1 box of graham crackers (14.4 oz)

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 cup almond butter (or peanut butter)

1/2 cup honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup shredded coconut (unsweetened)

1/2 cup chopped nuts (e.g., walnuts or almonds)

1/2 cup fresh strawberries (sliced) or other berries

Sea salt for sprinkling (optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Base: Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving a little overhang for easy removal later. Arrange a layer of graham crackers at the bottom of the dish, breaking them if necessary to fit.

    Make the Chocolate Mixture: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips, almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each until the mixture is smooth and melted.

      Spread the Chocolate: Pour the chocolate mixture evenly over the layer of graham crackers, using a spatula to spread it out gently.

        Add Toppings: Sprinkle the shredded coconut, chopped nuts, and sliced strawberries evenly on top of the chocolate layer. If desired, sprinkle a pinch of sea salt over the top for added flavor.

          Add Another Layer: Layer another set of graham crackers on top of the toppings, pressing down gently.
