Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, packed in oil, drained and roughly chopped

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon dried basil

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for a little heat)

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prep the Crockpot: Place the boneless chicken breasts at the bottom of a 6-quart crockpot in a single layer.

Add the Flavors: On top of the chicken, sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, dried basil, dried oregano, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).

Sun-Dried Tomatoes & Cream: Pour the chopped sun-dried tomatoes evenly over the chicken. Then, carefully pour in the heavy cream, ensuring that all the chicken is covered.

Cheesy Delight: Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the entire mixture.

Cook: Cover the crockpot with the lid and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.

Serve: Once done, shred the chicken directly in the pot using two forks to combine it with the creamy sauce. Serve it over pasta, rice, or with a side of steamed vegetables.

Garnish: Finish with fresh basil leaves for a pop of color and a hint of freshness.
