Ingredients
  

2 packets of frozen acai puree (unsweetened)

1 medium banana (frozen for a thicker texture)

1/2 cup almond milk (or your choice of milk)

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

1/4 cup granola

1/4 cup sliced fresh strawberries

1/4 cup sliced banana

2 tablespoons shredded coconut

1 tablespoon chia seeds

A few mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

In a blender, combine the frozen acai puree, frozen banana, almond milk, and honey or maple syrup. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. Use a tamper if necessary to help the blender mix the ingredients well.

    Once blended, taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey or syrup.

      Pour the acai mixture into a bowl.

        Top with granola, fresh strawberries, sliced banana, shredded coconut, and chia seeds.
