Ingredients

1 box red velvet cake mix

2 large eggs

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup white chocolate chips

1/2 cup powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the red velvet cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until a dough forms.

Gently fold in the white chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the dough.

Using a tablespoon or cookie scoop, drop dough balls onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie for spreading.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set but the centers are soft.

Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Once cooled, dust the cookies lightly with powdered sugar for a festive touch.

Prep Time: 10 mins | Total Time: 20-25 mins | Servings: About 24 cookies
