1 pound ground beef

1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained

2 cups beef broth

3 cups large pasta shells

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Brown the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.

    Combine Ingredients: In the crockpot, combine the cooked ground beef, ranch seasoning, cream of mushroom soup, diced tomatoes (with their juice), and beef broth. Stir well to incorporate all ingredients.

      Add Pasta Shells: Gently stir in the uncooked pasta shells, making sure they are submerged in the liquid mixture.

        Cook in Crockpot: Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 4-5 hours or on high for 2-3 hours until the pasta is tender and cooked through.
