Ingredients

1 package (14.3 oz) Gingerbread Oreos

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 teaspoon ground ginger

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

12 oz white melting chocolate or candy melts

Crushed gingerbread cookies or graham cracker crumbs, for coating

Instructions

Crush the Oreos: In a food processor, pulse the Gingerbread Oreos into fine crumbs. Make sure there are no large chunks remaining.

Mix Cream Cheese: In a large bowl, combine the crushed Oreos with the softened cream cheese, ground ginger, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined and the mixture is smooth.

Form the Truffles: Using your hands, scoop out small portions of the mixture (about 1 tablespoon each) and roll them into balls. Place the truffles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Chill: Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to allow the truffles to firm up.

Melt Chocolate: While the truffles are chilling, melt the white chocolate or candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals until fully melted and smooth.

Coat the Truffles: Once the truffles are firm, dip each one into the melted chocolate, using a fork to help coat them evenly. Allow excess chocolate to drip off before placing them back on the parchment paper.

Add Coating: Immediately sprinkle crushed gingerbread cookies or graham cracker crumbs on top of the chocolate-coated truffles before they set.

Set: Allow the truffles to set at room temperature or in the fridge until the chocolate hardens completely.
