Ingredients

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

1/2 cup melted butter

1 cup vanilla pudding mix

2 cups milk

1 cup whipped cream (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the crust: In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until well combined. Press this mixture into the bottom of a clear serving dish or individual cups to form a crust layer.

Make the pudding: In another bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and milk until it thickens (about 2 minutes). Let it sit for a minute to fully set.

Layering: Once the pudding is prepared, layer one-third of the pudding over the graham cracker crust. Next, add a layer of the whipped cream on top of the pudding. Follow this with a layer of mixed berries.

Repeat layers: Repeat the layering process until the dish is full, finishing with a layer of whipped cream and a sprinkle of mixed berries on the top.

Chill: Cover the dessert and refrigerate it for at least 1 hour to allow all the flavors to meld together.

Serve: Just before serving, dust the top lightly with powdered sugar and add fresh mint leaves for decoration. Scoop or cut into servings and enjoy the delightful layers!
