Ingredients

2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

1/4 cup granulated sugar (adjust based on sweetness of berries)

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/2 cup coconut water (optional for added flavor)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

Rinse the mixed berries under cool water and remove any stems or leaves.

In a blender or food processor, combine the berries, sugar, lemon juice, and coconut water. Blend until smooth and well combined.

Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness by adding more sugar if desired. Blend again to incorporate.

Pour the berry mixture into a shallow dish and cover with plastic wrap. Place in the freezer for about 2 hours, or until partially frozen.

After 2 hours, remove the mixture from the freezer and use a fork to stir it, breaking up any ice crystals. Return it to the freezer for another hour.

Repeat the stirring process every 30 minutes until the sorbet is firm but still scoopable (about 3-4 hours total).

Once ready to serve, scoop into bowls and garnish with fresh mint leaves. Enjoy this refreshing summer treat!
