Ingredients

8 oz thinly sliced salami

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup roasted red peppers, sliced

1/2 cup fresh spinach leaves

1/4 cup sliced black olives

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

Instructions

Start by laying out the salami slices on a clean surface, slightly overlapping to create a larger roll.

In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, Italian seasoning, and freshly cracked black pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture evenly over each slice of salami.

Lay a few slices of roasted red peppers, fresh spinach leaves, and a sprinkle of sliced black olives on top of the cream cheese layer.

Roll the salami slices tightly, starting from one end. Ensure all the fillings are secured inside.

Once rolled, secure each roll with a toothpick if needed and slice into bite-sized pieces.

Arrange the roll-ups on a serving platter and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese for extra flavor.

Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to an hour to chill before serving.
