2 cups of mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

1 cup coconut yogurt

1 cup granola (your choice)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Prepare the Berries: Rinse the mixed berries under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel. If using strawberries, slice them into halves or quarters.
