Ingredients

2 packages (3.9 oz each) instant chocolate pudding mix

4 cups cold milk

1 package (15 oz) Oreo cookies, crushed

1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 container (12 oz) whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed

2 cups gummy worms or edible flowers (for garnish)

Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Pudding: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and cold milk. Continue whisking until the mixture thickens, about 2-3 minutes. Set aside.

Mix Cream Cheese & Sugar: In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar and mix until combined.

Combine Mixtures: Gently fold the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture until smooth and creamy. Next, fold in the prepared chocolate pudding until fully incorporated.

Layer the Dessert: In a large casserole dish (approximately 9x13 inches), start with a layer of crushed Oreos (about half) at the bottom. Then, spread half of the chocolate pudding mixture over the Oreos. Repeat the layering with the remaining Oreos and pudding mixture.

Chill: Cover the casserole with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set. This allows the flavors to meld together beautifully.

Garnish & Serve: Before serving, top the casserole with the remaining crushed Oreos and arrange gummy worms or edible flowers on top for decoration. If desired, add fresh mint leaves for a pop of color and flavor.

Enjoy! Serve with a smile and watch your guests dig into this festive, delicious Easter treat!
