Ingredients

1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained

1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Crackers and veggie sticks for serving

Fresh parsley or dill for garnish

Red bell pepper or cherry tomatoes for decorations

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.

Stir in the chopped artichokes and drained spinach until fully incorporated.

Add the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and shape it into a Christmas tree. You can use a spatula to create the pointed top and textured sections to resemble a tree.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.

While the dip is baking, prepare the garnish. Chop fresh parsley or dill to create a green base around the tree and slice red bell peppers or cherry tomatoes to form ornaments on the tree.

When the dip is ready, take it out of the oven and sprinkle the chopped herbs and red decorations on top.

Serve hot with a side of crackers and veggie sticks for dipping.
