2 cups rolled oats

1/2 cup honey or maple syrup

1/2 cup almond slices (or any nuts of choice)

1/4 cup coconut oil, melted

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Mix the Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the melted coconut oil, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir until well blended.

      Combine Dry Ingredients: Add the rolled oats and almond slices to the bowl with the wet mixture. Stir until all the dry ingredients are evenly coated.

        Spread and Bake: Pour the granola mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it out in an even layer. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through to ensure even toasting until golden brown.
