1 pound ground beef (80/20)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

12 slider buns

6 slices sharp cheddar cheese, halved

1/4 cup diced pickles (optional)

1/4 cup ketchup

1/4 cup mustard

1 tablespoon butter, melted

Fresh herbs (such as parsley or chives) for garnish

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

    Prepare the Beef Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated but do not overwork the meat.

      Form the Sliders: Divide the beef mixture into 12 equal portions. Shape each portion into a small patty, about 2 inches in diameter, slightly thinner in the center than the edges to help them cook evenly.

        Cook the Patties: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the beef patties, cooking for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness. In the last minute of cooking, place a half slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and cover the skillet to melt the cheese.

          Prepare the Buns: While the patties are cooking, brush the tops of the slider buns with the melted butter. Place them in the oven for about 5 minutes, or until they are lightly toasted.

            Assemble the Sliders: On the bottom half of each toasted slider bun, add a cheeseburger patty. Top with diced pickles (if using), a dollop of ketchup, and a squirt of mustard. Place the top half of the buns on each slider.

              Serve: Arrange the sliders on a serving platter and garnish with fresh herbs. They are perfect for parties, game days, or family gatherings. Enjoy warm!
