1 pound fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 pre-made 9-inch pie crust

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup chopped green onions

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Salt and black pepper to taste

Prepare the Shrimp: In a medium pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the shrimp and cook for about 2-3 minutes or until they are pink and opaque. Drain and let cool. Once cooled, chop the shrimp into bite-sized pieces.

    Make the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth and well combined.

      Combine Ingredients: Add the chopped shrimp, shredded cheddar cheese, green onions, and parsley to the bowl with the filling. Stir gently to coat all the ingredients evenly.

        Assemble the Pie: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the pre-made pie crust in a pie dish. Pour the shrimp mixture into the crust, spreading it out evenly.

          Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the filling is set and the top is golden brown.
