4 boneless pork chops (about 1 inch thick)

1/4 cup fresh orange juice

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and black pepper to taste

Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Zest of 1 orange (for extra flavor)

Instructions
 

In a small bowl, whisk together the orange juice, soy sauce, honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, grated ginger, and orange zest to create the marinade.

    Place the pork chops in a shallow dish or a resealable bag and pour the marinade over them. Ensure the chops are well coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.

      Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan over medium-high heat. Add olive oil to the pan.

        Remove the pork chops from the marinade, allowing excess marinade to drip off. Season each chop with salt and black pepper on both sides.

          Grill the pork chops for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) and have nice grill marks.

            In a small saucepan, bring the remaining marinade to a boil and simmer for about 2-3 minutes to thicken slightly. This will be your glaze.

              Once the pork chops are cooked, drizzle the thickened glaze over them before serving.

                Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired, and serve with your favorite sides such as grilled vegetables or rice.
