(450g) gnocchi (store-bought or homemade)

4 cups fresh spinach, washed and chopped

crumbled feta cheese

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

ricotta cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup olive oil

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon black pepper

Salt, to taste

Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

. Transfer to Baking Dish: Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.

7. Top with Cheese: Sprinkle the remaining grated Parmesan cheese over the top of the gnocchi mixture.
