The popularity of overnight oats has surged among health enthusiasts for good reason. They are not only incredibly convenient but also packed with nutrition. The basic premise involves soaking rolled oats in liquid overnight, allowing them to absorb moisture, soften, and expand. This results in a creamy, pudding-like texture that can be flavored in countless ways.

Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats

1 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)

1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 tablespoon maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 tablespoon sliced almonds (for topping)

Fresh mint leaves (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

In a medium bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until well mixed.

Gently fold in the sliced strawberries, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.

Divide the oats mixture evenly into two jars or bowls, sealing them with lids or plastic wrap.

Place the jars in the refrigerator and let them chill overnight (or at least for 4 hours) to allow the oats to absorb the liquid and soften.

In the morning, give the oats a good stir. If desired, add a splash more of almond milk to adjust the consistency to your liking.

Top with sliced almonds and add a few extra strawberry slices on top for garnish.

If you want, add a sprig of fresh mint for an aromatic touch. Enjoy your refreshing Strawberry Dream Overnight Oats!
