Ingredients

2 cups frozen strawberries

1/2 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4-5 lemons)

1/4 cup honey or agave syrup (adjust based on sweetness preference)

1 cup cold water

Ice cubes (for blending, optional)

Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

Lemon slices (for garnish)

Instructions

In a blender, combine the frozen strawberries, fresh lemon juice, honey (or agave syrup), and cold water.

Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the blender as necessary.

If the mixture is too thick, you can add a little more cold water until you reach your desired consistency. For a slushier texture, add a handful of ice cubes and blend again.

Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey or syrup.

Pour the strawberry lemonade into glasses, and garnish with fresh mint leaves and lemon slices.

Serve immediately and enjoy the refreshing burst of flavors!
