Ingredients
  

2 cups mixed fresh fruits (strawberries, blueberries, mangoes, and kiwi)

1 cup sparkling water (or lemon-lime soda for a sweeter option)

1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves, chopped

1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional)

Juice of 1 lime

Ice cubes

Additional fruit slices for garnish (optional)

Fresh mint sprigs for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Fruits: Wash and dice the mixed fresh fruits into small, bite-sized pieces. Set aside.

    Mix the Base: In a large pitcher, combine the diced fruits with the lime juice and honey/agave syrup (if using). Stir gently to coat the fruits evenly and let them sit for about 10 minutes to meld the flavors.

      Create the Soda: Just before serving, add the sparkling water (or lemon-lime soda) to the fruit mixture. Stir gently to combine while preserving the fizz.

        Serve: Fill glasses halfway with ice cubes, then pour the sparkling fruit mixture over the ice.

          Garnish: Top each drink with additional fruit slices and a sprig of fresh mint for a beautiful presentation.
