Ingredients

1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup cooked meats (pepperoni, sausage, ham, or any leftovers)

1 cup assorted vegetables (bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, spinach, or leftover veggies)

1/2 cup marinara sauce (plus extra for dipping)

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1 egg (beaten for egg wash)

Olive oil (for drizzling)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the Filling: In a large bowl, combine the mozzarella, cooked meats, assorted vegetables, marinara sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are evenly coated.

Roll Out the Dough: On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle (about 12x18 inches).

Add the Filling: Spoon the filling mixture along one edge of the rectangle, leaving about 2 inches of space from the edge.

Roll Up the Dough: Carefully roll the dough over the filling until it forms a log. Pinch the seams and edges to seal tightly. You can place the seam down on the baking sheet.

Prepare for Baking: Place the rolled bread on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush the top and sides of the bread with the beaten egg, and drizzle with olive oil.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.

Cool and Slice: Let the garbage bread cool for about 5-10 minutes before slicing into thick pieces.

Serve: Serve warm with extra marinara sauce on the side for dipping. Enjoy your cheesy, flavorful family dinner!
