1 lb ground chicken

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 egg

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp onion powder

2 tbsp olive oil (for frying)

For the Creamy Parmesan Pasta:

8 oz spaghetti or your favorite pasta

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tbsp butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

Make the Chicken Balls:

    - In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, egg, chopped parsley, salt, black pepper, and onion powder. Mix until well combined.

      - Form the mixture into small balls, about 1-inch in diameter.

        Cook the Chicken Balls:

          - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the chicken balls in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the pan.
