1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

For the Creamy Parmesan Sauce:

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Prepare the Chicken Balls:

    a. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, minced garlic, chopped parsley, egg, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

      b. Using your hands, form the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) and set aside on a plate.

        Cook the Chicken Balls:

          a. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Once hot, add chicken balls in batches if necessary, making sure not to overcrowd the pan.

            b. Cook for about 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through. Use a meat thermometer to ensure they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).

              c. Remove cooked chicken balls from the skillet and set aside on a paper towel-lined plate.

                Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:

                  a. In the same skillet, melt 4 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.

                    b. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes (if using), and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not burnt.

                      c. Gently toss the cooked chicken balls in the garlic butter sauce for a minute or two, ensuring they are well-coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat.

                        Prepare the Creamy Parmesan Sauce:

                          a. In a saucepan over low heat, pour in the heavy cream and gradually stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until it melts and becomes creamy.

                            b. Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir continuously until the sauce thickens slightly (about 3-5 minutes).

                              Serve:

                                a. On a plate or serving dish, arrange the garlic butter chicken balls. Drizzle the creamy Parmesan sauce over the top.

                                  b. Garnish with chopped parsley and additional grated Parmesan if desired. Serve immediately.
