1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces

1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions
 

Prep the Chicken and Asparagus:

    - Begin by seasoning the chicken pieces with salt, pepper, thyme, and oregano. Toss to coat evenly.

      Sauté the Chicken:

        - In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the seasoned chicken bites in a single layer. Sauté for about 5-6 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

          Cook the Asparagus:

            - In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

              - Add the asparagus pieces, season with salt, and cook for about 3-4 minutes until they are bright green and tender-crisp.

                Combine and Finish:
