Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 count)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

4 tbsp butter, melted

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat and return to the heat.

Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the beef. Stir until well combined and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

Open the can of biscuit dough and separate each biscuit. Flatten each biscuit into a circle about 3-4 inches in diameter.

Spoon approximately 1-2 tablespoons of the beef and cheese mixture onto the center of each biscuit circle.

Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit dough over the filling until it is sealed, pinching to ensure there are no openings.

Place the stuffed biscuits seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, grated Parmesan cheese, parsley, and Italian seasoning.

Brush the butter mixture over the tops of each cheeseburger bomb generously.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy these cheesy, garlicky bites warm!
