Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)

2 tablespoons melted butter

2 teaspoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Extra Parmesan cheese, for sprinkling

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until everything is well combined.

Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a circle using your hands or a rolling pin.

Place a generous tablespoon of the beef mixture in the center of each biscuit circle. Fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal tightly. Make sure the filling is completely enclosed.

In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with a pinch of garlic powder. Brush this mixture over the tops of the filled biscuits to add flavor and create a golden exterior.

Place the bomb-shaped biscuits seam side down on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them out evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.

Remove from the oven and sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley for garnish.

Let them cool slightly before serving to allow the filling to set. Enjoy these cheesy, garlicky bites hot!
