Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano, thyme, basil)

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Marinate the Chicken: In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, Parmesan cheese, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create a marinade.

Coat the Chicken: Place the chicken breasts in the bowl with the marinade, ensuring each piece is thoroughly coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours for enhanced flavor).

Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 400°F).

Grill the Chicken: Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing excess to drip off. Place the chicken breasts on the grill. Cook for 6-7 minutes on one side, then flip and grill for another 6-7 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

Serve: Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.

Enjoy: Serve the Garlic Parmesan Grilled Chicken with your favorite sides such as grilled vegetables, a fresh salad, or over a bed of pasta.
