Ingredients
  

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

4 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

Juice of 1 lemon

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice until well combined.

    Marinate the Chicken: Place the chicken breasts in a large resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken and ensure all pieces are well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight for more flavor.

      Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

        Grill the Chicken: Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it on the hot grill. Grill each breast for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

          Add Parmesan: In the last few minutes of grilling, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top of each chicken breast. Close the grill lid to melt the cheese for about 2-3 minutes.

            Serve: Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
