1 cup sparkling apple cider

1/2 cup ginger ale

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Whipped cream for topping

Crushed gingerbread cookies for garnish

Cinnamon sticks for stirrers

Optional: decorative sugar for rim

Instructions

Prepare the Glasses: If using decorative sugar, moisten the rim of each glass with a lemon wedge and dip it into the sugar to coat the edge. Set aside.

Mix the Mocktail Base: In a large mixing pitcher, combine the gingerbread syrup, sparkling apple cider, ginger ale, lemon juice, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg. Stir gently to mix.

Serve Over Ice: Fill the prepared glasses with ice cubes. Pour the gingerbread mixture over the ice, filling each glass about three-quarters full.

Top with Whipped Cream: Add a generous dollop of whipped cream on top of each mocktail.

Garnish: Sprinkle crushed gingerbread cookies on top of the whipped cream and add a cinnamon stick into each glass for stirring.
