1 cup cooked ham, finely chopped

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 package (8 oz) crescent roll dough

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    In a mixing bowl, combine the finely chopped ham, shredded mozzarella, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until well combined and creamy.

      Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles as indicated on the packaging.

        Place a generous tablespoon of the ham and cheese mixture at the wide end of each triangle.

          Roll the dough around the filling, starting from the wide end and tucking the sides in to seal. Ensure the filling is fully enclosed.

            Arrange the rolled sticks on the prepared baking sheet. Brush each stick with the beaten egg for a golden finish.

              Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until they are golden brown and puffed up.

                Once baked, let them cool slightly before serving. Sprinkle chopped parsley on top for garnish.

                  Serve with a side of mustard or your favorite dipping sauce.
