6 small corn tortillas

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 teaspoon chili powder (optional)

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

1/4 teaspoon cumin (optional)

Fresh lime wedges for serving

Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Stack the corn tortillas and cut them into triangles to create chip shapes.

      In a large mixing bowl, toss the tortilla triangles with olive oil, ensuring they’re evenly coated.

        Sprinkle the sea salt, chili powder, garlic powder, and cumin over the tortilla triangles, and mix well to ensure even coverage.

          Spread the chips in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Make sure they don’t overlap for maximum crispiness.

            Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes or until they are golden and crisp. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning.

              Once baked, remove them from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
