Ingredients

4 tilapia fillets

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

2 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 cup whole wheat breadcrumbs

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon dried parsley

Salt and pepper to taste

Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.

In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

In a separate bowl, combine the whole wheat breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, and dried parsley. Mix well to ensure an even distribution of spices.

Pat the tilapia fillets dry with paper towels and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

Brush the honey mustard mixture generously over the top of each tilapia fillet.

Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the coated fillets, pressing down gently to adhere.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the tilapia is cooked through and the crust is golden and crispy.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes before serving.

Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side, squeezing fresh lemon juice over the fish for added brightness.
